Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with expertise in data analysis, data cleaning, and Tableau to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, ensuring data quality, assisting with requirements for data feeds to Tableau, and building out Tableau reports and dashboards. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data visualization, and the ability to communicate insights effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist with gathering requirements and defining project scope for data feeds to Tableau.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize data and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Utilize data analysis techniques to interpret complex data sets and provide recommendations for business strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of implemented solutions.
  • Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and techniques.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on data analysis, data cleaning, and visualization.
