Bindery Operator

2nd & 3rd Shift | Monday-Friday

Position Summary

A leading commercial printing manufacturer is seeking motivated individuals to join its bindery department. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, have experience operating machinery, and want to build a long-term career in print manufacturing. Training is available for individuals with mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
  • Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment, including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders.
  • Make machine adjustments and monitor product quality throughout production runs.
  • Work with the production team to meet daily output goals.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and maintain efficient production.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience operating machinery in manufacturing, warehouse, or trade environments preferred.
