Job description
Cervello Global Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Part-Time Accounting Clerk to join our team in Safety Harbor, FL (Corporate Office). The ideal candidate is not only proficient in accounting and bookkeeping but also an expert in Unanet software and passionate about AI and cryptocurrency. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment where your skills in traditional accounting meet cutting-edge technology and digital finance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage invoices.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure compliance with company financial policies.
- Use Unanet to manage project costs, budgets, and financial reporting.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to support financial decision-making.
- Stay updated on AI and cryptocurrency trends and provide insights into their financial implications.
- Collaborate with the finance and technology teams to integrate innovative solutions into accounting practices.
