Hope Valley Country Club is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support daily operations and help deliver exceptional experience for members and their guests. This role plays a key part in leading front-of-house service teams, maintaining high standards of service, and assisting with club dining, events, and special functions.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily management of all food and beverage operations, including dining outlets, banquets, and special events
  • Lead and supervise front-of-house staff to ensure consistently exceptional service
  • Support hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management of service staff
