Position Summary:

Samyang America is seeking a culturally fluent, idea-driven Assistant Creative Manager to help bring the next era of Buldak to life. This role is for a hands-on creative who thrives where food, internet, and entertainment collide and is excited to turn bold ideas into work that goes viral.

Youโ€™ll partner closely with the Senior Manager, Creative Strategy to develop campaign concepts, shape executions, and help drive activations from idea to launch. From limited-edition drops to experiential takeovers and influencer-driven moments, youโ€™ll help transform brand ambition into creative that shows up loudly and lands with impact.

This is not a coordination-only role. Itโ€™s a concept-forward seat for someone who wants to help build campaigns that live in culture and move at internet speed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of creative campaign concepts for product launches, limited-time offers, and cultural activations

  • Contribute ideas for social-first storytelling optimized for vertical video, real-time moments, and culturally responsive marketing

  • Collaborate on campaign platforms and help translate strategic direction into tangible executions

  • Draft and refine creative briefs that clearly articulate idea, tone, and executional direction

  • Build and polish pitch decks and internal presentations that sell bold ideas clearly and confidently

  • Partner cross-functionally with brand, social, design, influencer, and product teams to help bring concepts to life

  • Contribute to experiential marketing concepts, digital series formats, influencer activations, and social-first campaigns

  • Track cultural trends and surface opportunities that can be translated into creative work

  • Support campaign rollout and help identify ways to optimize creative performance over time

  • Stay tapped into food culture, Gen Z and millennial internet behavior, and emerging social platforms

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in creative, social marketing, integrated marketing, or campaign development at a brand, agency, or production company

  • Demonstrated experience contributing to 360ยฐ marketing campaigns

  • Strong conceptual instincts with the ability to help turn ideas into actionable creative

  • Experience building decks, writing creative briefs, and shaping executional direction

  • Clear understanding of influencer marketing and entertainment-driven brand activations

  • Strong communication skills and comfort presenting ideas internally

  • Ability to balance creative ambition with practical execution

  • Motivated to help build a globally recognized, culturally disruptive brand

The base salary for this position is between $80,000.00 and $95,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
