Job Summary:
MDAEdge is seeking a disciplined Creative Project Manager who excels in managing high-volume project lifecycles and optimizing workflows. The role focuses on applying traditional project management methodologies to ensure seamless delivery of creative assets while maintaining quality and timelines.
Responsibilities:
โข Lead the full project management lifecycle for a high volume of creative projects, applying traditional project models to ensure successful initiation, execution, and closing.
โข Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing detailed timelines, resource mapping, and proactive risk mitigation strategies.
โข Act as the central hub for routing and trafficking creative work products between Creative Services and internal client teams.
โข Administer critical team logistics, including meeting cadences, precise documentation of minutes, and diligent follow-up on action items.
โข Foster collaboration across departments, managing the expectations of internal customers, creative teams, and external vendors.
โข Proactively identify bottlenecks or team conflicts, resolving issues through open communication and alignment with overarching project goals.
โข Define and oversee project measures of success, ensuring all deliverables adhere to industry standards and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
Required:
โข Proven experience in formal project management roles (PMP or similar methodology exposure is a plus).
โข Deep understanding of creative processes, asset types, and the specific steps required to produce high-quality design and marketing content.
โข Exceptional organizational skills with a 'no-stone-left-unturned' approach to documentation and follow-up.
โข Ability to speak the language of both technical/business stakeholders and creative makers.
