Location: Golden, CO 

Hours: Full-time

Position Mission

The Production Coordinator supports both in-studio and on-location video productions within FOCUS Studios by managing the tactical and administrative details that keep projects running smoothly. This role serves as a central hub for coordination across multiple productions, overseeing schedules, resources, documentation, and communication to ensure alignment from pre-production through delivery.

Working closely with Producers, Project Manager, and studio staff, the Production Coordinator ensures that the details of our productions are well-organized, properly supported, and set up for success. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting creative teams and bringing structure to complex workflows.

Position Responsibilities

Production Logistics & Coordination

•Coordinate schedules, calendars, and bookings for studio and location shoots.

•Prepare and distribute call sheets, production schedules, and shoot documentation.

•Manage releases, permissions, travel arrangements, and production paperwork.

•Assist with tracking expenses and vendor invoices.

Operational Support

•Support Producers with day-to-day production needs across multiple projects.

•Coordinate equipment reservations, studio availability, and resource allocation.

•Maintain accurate records of project status, assets, and deliverables.

•Assist with post-production coordination, including review cycles and delivery tracking.

Communication & Workflow Management

•Serve as a communication hub between Producers, studio staff, freelancers, and stakeholders.

•Help ensure timelines and expectations are clearly communicated and followed.

•Support Project Manager with tracking milestones and production progress.

Event & Seasonal Support

•Provide production and logistical support for major events, including SEEK.

•Assist with peak production periods and large-scale initiatives as needed.

  • Personal prayer and/or daily Mass, when possible
  • Avail yourself of other spiritual opportunities 
  • Be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, and maintain a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people outside of FOCUS
  • Live out the moral life in Christ
  • A practicing Catholic or Christian in good standing with the Catholic Church.  There is no other background, qualification, or experience that can substitute for this requirement

Qualifications

•A deep commitment to the Catholic faith and a desire to serve the mission of FOCUS.

•1–3+ years of experience in production coordination, media operations, or related roles.

•Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

•Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

•Clear, professional communication skills.

•Willingness to work on-site and support event travel, including SEEK.

Compensation & Benefits

For this role, we anticipate paying $55,000 - $65,000/year. This range is an estimate. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the provided range and will be adjusted based on various factors including qualifications, experience, abilities, geographic location, and duties.
