Corporate Chef – Multi-Concept Culinary LeaderSouth Bay Hospitality Group
At South Bay Hospitality Group, hospitality is more than service — it is how we make people feel. Rooted in the spirit of aloha, we create memorable experiences through exceptional food, genuine warmth, vibrant energy, and a deep commitment to our team and community.
We are seeking a visionary Corporate Chef to lead and elevate the culinary direction across our growing portfolio of concepts. This role is designed for a highly experienced culinary operator with a passion for innovation, consistency, leadership, and hospitality-driven excellence.
Our concepts range from elevated dinner experiences to Asian-inspired cuisine, American classics, brunch programs, tropical coastal fare, and Hawaiian-inspired hospitality concepts. The ideal candidate thrives in multi-unit environments, understands how to scale systems while preserving creativity, and leads with humility, intensity, and heart.

  • Vendor relationships, purchasing strategies, and inventory controls
  • Kitchen culture development, training, mentorship, and leadership growth
  • New restaurant openings, culinary rollouts, and concept development
  • Collaboration with ownership, operations, marketing, and beverage teams
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate brings both creative culinary talent and elite operational discipline.
Qualifications

  • Proven experience overseeing multiple restaurant concepts and cuisines
  • Strong background in:
    • Asian cuisine
    • American classics
    • Elevated dinner programs
    • Hawaiian or island-inspired cuisine preferred
  • Deep understanding of:
    • P&L management
    • Food and labor cost controls

  • Experience leading high-volume, multi-million-dollar restaurant operations
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor and inspire teams
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Passion for hospitality, culture, and guest experience
Our Culture
We believe great restaurants are built by great people. We lead with respect, accountability, positivity, and aloha. We are building a hospitality company centered around culture, growth, creativity, and unforgettable guest experiences.
This is not just a chef role — this is an opportunity to help shape the future of a growing hospitality group.

  • Growth opportunities within an expanding hospitality group
  • Creative freedom and culinary influence across multiple brands
  • Supportive ownership and collaborative leadership team
