Job description

About the Opportunity

The Cleerly Core Lab is a global team of imaging professionals dedicated to our mission of creating a world without heart attacks. We are seeking self-motivated Core Lab Analysts to join our US Imaging Services team.

In this role, you will review and quality-check Coronary CT exams after they have been processed by our AI algorithms, ensuring comprehensive and accurate analysis for providers, hospitals, and patients. This is an ideal role for a Radiology Technologist with ARRT Certification looking to apply their clinical expertise in a highly operational, tech-forward, remote environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • AI Data Verification: Analyze and refine AI-generated outputs from Coronary CTA exams.
  • Quality Control: Evaluate Coronary CTA exams for image quality and compliance with clinical standards.
  • Team Performance: Meet daily individual KPIs and productivity metrics.

Day-to-Day Execution

  • Operational Excellence: Execute daily operational tasks efficiently in accordance with the established work plan.
  • Proactive Communication: Maintain open lines of communication across the global team, ensuring strict adherence to training protocols, standardization, and data integrity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives by sharing feedback, contributing innovative ideas, and collaborating on team projects.
  • Training & Development: Assist with the development and deployment of training materials, and provide constructive performance feedback to team members as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Engage actively in scheduled team communications and meetings, taking on leadership or ownership roles when delegated.
  • Performance Metrics: Take accountability for achieving daily metrics, proactively flagging operational issues, and participating in routine problem-solving to resolve workflow deviations.
  • Product Insights: Provide valuable operational feedback and clinical insights to support new product development when requested.

Schedule & Remote Work Environment

  • Type: Full-time, Remote (Preference for candidates near NYC or Denver).
  • Shifts: Must be able to work a continuous 9-hour daily schedule. Current available schedules (ET) include:
    • 9am-6pm ET
    • 10am-7pm ET
    • 12pm-9pm ET
    • 1pm-10pm ET
  • Operational Coverage & Schedule Stability: Because the Core Lab supports 24/7 patient care, this role requires a continuous daily presence. Candidates must be available to work a set 9-hour daily schedule (which includes a 1-hour break). These schedules may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

To provide stability for our team, Cleerly establishes the full-year working and holiday calendar every January, allowing team PTO to be scheduled as early as possible for reliable coverage. Standard schedule updates are provided with at least one month's notice, and any urgent adjustments within that window are subject to mutual agreement.

  • Perks: Cleerly provides a computer, monitor, and a work-from-home/internet stipend. You must provide a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

Training & Travel Requirements

  • Onboarding: Extensive, mandatory 1-week in-person training in Washington, DC or New York City upon hire, followed by a 1-week session ~2 months later (fully supported with mentorship). Passing the training assessment is required to clear the probationary period.
  • Ongoing Travel: Approximately 2-4 weeks per year within the US for training and team development, with potential for occasional international travel.

Qualifications

  • Education/Certification: Associate's Degree in Radiography and active ARRT certification.
  • Experience: Experience in CT, Coronary CTA, or 3D post-processing is a strong plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong general computer literacy (Google Workspace/Drive/Sheets).
  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail, proactive attitude, strong written communication, and a deep respect for healthcare compliance and patient confidentiality.
