The Role at a Glance

This multi-faceted position serves as the operational bridge between clients, sales leaders, and hotel staff. You will manage crucial event logistics while bringing our spaces to life online through modern digital marketing campaigns.

Sales & Event Coordination 

  • Client Relations: Act as the main point of contact, run site tours, answer inquiries,      manage lead channels

  • Operational Setup: Generate and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Group      Resumes.

  • Team Collaboration: Align with Food & Beverage, Culinary, and Front Desk teams for      guest setups.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify      up-selling opportunities like menu upgrades and property amenities.
  • Financial Admin: Complete daily      activity tasks as assigned , assist with billing, and process commissions.

Social Media & Digital Marketing 

  • Content Creation: Capture photos, Reels, and TikTok for hotel promotions and high      profile events 
  • Platform Management: Schedule posts and engage followers on Instagram, LinkedIn, and      Facebook.
