About Us:
We're a fast-growing, privately held insurance company on a path to becoming a leading U.S. retail platform. We believe every client and customer relationship holds the potential to become something great and the same is true for our people. As we grow, we're redefining how great talent connects with meaningful work, enabling our ambitious strategy while building a culture of high performance, creativity, and partnership.
We are seeking a talented Copywriter who can bring our brand to life through compelling content while helping keep marketing projects moving efficiently across stakeholders and teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, organized professional who enjoys balancing strong writing skills with marketing operations and workflow coordination.
About the Role:
As a Copywriter, you will create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content across digital, print, email, social media, and sales enablement channels. In addition to content development, you will support marketing traffic management by coordinating project requests, tracking deadlines, and helping ensure work moves smoothly through the creative and approval process.
The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of professional copywriting experience, exceptional attention to detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to understand objectives and translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and messaging across all communications.
  • Support content strategy initiatives that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
  • Manage content revisions and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders while maintaining messaging quality and accuracy.
  • Coordinate marketing project intake and assist in prioritizing requests.
  • Track project status, timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on schedule.
  • Facilitate communication among creative, digital, compliance, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, workflow tools, and project tracking systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and team efficiency.
  • Assist with campaign reporting and performance analysis to help optimize future marketing efforts.

What You'll Bring:
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt writing style and tone for different audiences and channels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute wherever needed to support marketing team goals.
  • Proficiency with content management systems, marketing platforms, and project management tools.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for developing high-quality content that delivers results.

Key Success Metrics:
  • Delivery of high-quality marketing content that supports business objectives and drives engagement.
  • Consistent adherence to brand standards and messaging guidelines.
  • On-time completion of assigned marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Effective management of marketing workflow and stakeholder expectations.
  • Positive feedback from internal business partners regarding communication and collaboration.
  • Continuous improvement in project efficiency and content production processes.

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of professional copywriting, content marketing, or communications experience.
  • Experience writing for digital marketing channels, including email, web, and social media.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization best practices.
  • Experience coordinating projects or managing marketing workflows is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (preferred), and project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or similar tools.
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries is a plus.

What We Offer:
  • A collaborative, inclusive environment that values authenticity, accountability, and partnership.
  • The opportunity to join the company at an exciting stage of growth, where colleagues are empowered to build what's next.
  • A competitive benefits package including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage; an HSA and 401(k) company match; paid time off; and employer-paid life and disability insurance.
  • Remote/hybrid work arrangement; relocation available to Austin, TX if interested.
