Arhaus is seeking a Specialist, Content Creator to assist with the planning and execution of compelling and entertaining content that builds our brand, engages our communities, and drives measurable business impact. Reporting to the Lead, Content, this team member is a content creator and creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and has the drive and passion for creating elevated content at scale for both paid and owned channels. This position is located on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Boston Heights, OH.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create high quality content for digital channels that fuels top-of-funnel growth, builds brand equity, and helps create consumer trust
  • Translate brand priorities, seasonal campaigns and product stories into clear content ideas, messaging, and assets that can be used across owned and paid channels
  • Support photo/video productions, including putting together shot lists and assisting in on-set coordination
  • Adapt content across formats while ensuring consistency and attention to detail
  • Assist with content calendars and asset organization
  • Ensure a consistent brand voice, elevated aesthetic and editorial quality across all platform assets and channels
  • Collaborate with Creative, Partnerships, Growth and Retention teams to ensure content performs and accomplishes broader marketing objectives across acquisition, engagement and retention and amplifies content storytelling
  • Manage vendor, agency and freelance relationships to ensure alignment across projects and act as liaison between internal and external teams
  • Stay informed on industry trends, content formats, and best practices to help evolve the brand’s storytelling approach


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Film, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in content creation, creative design and development; ideally within luxury, retail, or lifestyle
  • Proficiency in content creation and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc)
  • Basic video editing or motion experience
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, editorial best practices, copywriting, and brand voice
  • Experience working in all social media platforms and knowledge of content performance metrics
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and optimize content effectiveness
  • Self-starter with exceptional organizational, prioritization, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Passionate about social trends, interior design, and the intersection of performance and brand marketing Team Player – Must be able to manage and work with various members of creative, ecommerce and social teams


Preferred Experience:

  • Photography, videography, or styling experience
  • Understanding of SEO and digital best practices
  • Experience with luxury retail and/or eCommerce D2C brands
  • Understanding of retail calendar and seasonal process
  • Passion for interior design and the luxury home industry
