Position Summary

Harmon Medical and Rehab Hospital is searching for a top notch Chief Clinical Officer to work with our super star clinical team!

We are committed to providing care to sub acute, psychiatric and skilled nursing patients (both short term and long term care).

Posted Salary Range

USD $120,000.00 - USD $135,000.00 /Yr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

This executive level position plans, coordinates and directs clinical and nursing patient care activities, the hospitalโ€™s strategic plans, goals, mission, vision and values of Integrity, Teamwork, Service Excellence, Accountability, Continuous Improvement and Clinical Quality.

The Chief Clinical Officer ensures standards of patient care are met and advises medical staff, department managers, administration and the Governing Board in matters related to clinical services.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, director and motivator.
  • Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.
  • Three to five years plus experience as a Chief Clinical Officer, Assistant Chief or equivalent role in an acute care or sub acute setting is required.
  • Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN) and BSN and MSN (preferred) with a valid NV state RN license.
