Controller Location: Sophia, WV (Greater Beckley Area) Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k w/ Match, Holidays, PTO Job Type: Full-Time Typical Hours: 40-hour workweek, flexible start between 8:00 and 9:00 am Controller Description Our client is looking for a Controller to oversee all accounting and financial operations for their manufacturing facility in Sophia, WV. As the company's sole accounting professional, you will manage the full accounting cycle, including financial reporting, job costing, payroll, budgeting, cash management, and internal controls, while also supporting basic onsite HR functions. You'll work closely with both local and corporate leadership to help ensure the financial health of the business. The ideal candidate has manufacturing accounting experience, understands ERP systems, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a hands-on environment. This is a great opportunity to join a small, family-oriented company where you can build relationships and make a meaningful impact on the company's continued growth and success.
