Kendall Ford of Bozeman is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to dealership management and department staff.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain dealership records and documents.
  • Process paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with customer communications and follow-up.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as needed.
  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.
  • Coordinate dealership meetings, events, and special projects.
  • Provide administrative support to accounting, sales, and service departments as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company and employee information.
  • Assist with other administrative duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications
