Digital Banking Specialist
Marketing & Communications | Digital Banking
Reports to: VP, Marketing & Communications
This position does not offer remote access. It is an in-office position located in Winsted, CT.
Summary of the Role
The Digital Banking Specialist supports the Bank's digital products, services and engagement initiatives. Working within the Marketing & Communications department, this role helps drive customer adoption, utilization, and awareness of digital banking solutions by coordinating product enhancements, supporting marketing campaigns, analyzing customer engagement, and collaborating with internal departments and technology partners. The position serves as a key resource in improving the digital customer experience and promoting the Bank's digital capabilities across consumer and business segments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the administration and ongoing enhancement of the bank's digital banking platforms and services.
  • Develop and execute campaigns that promote digital banking products, services, and customer adoption.
  • Monitor digital banking usage, engagement, campaign performance, and customer adoption trends; provide recommendations for growth opportunities.
  • Assist in developing strategies to increase enrollment, utilization, and awareness of online banking, mobile banking, digital payments, and card services.
  • Support growth and promotional initiatives for debit card, credit card, and digital payment products.
  • Coordinate digital banking content for customer communications, website updates, digital channels, educational materials, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Retail Banking, Treasury Management, Deposit Operations, Information Technology, and other departments to support digital banking initiatives.
  • Assist with implementation, testing, and rollout of new digital banking features and enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience across digital banking channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Support digital banking reporting, analytics, and performance measurement activities.
  • Assist with vendor relationships and coordination related to digital banking platforms, customer engagement tools, and marketing technology solutions.
  • Maintain departmental procedures, documentation, controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Knowledge of consumer, business, and commercial banking products and services preferred.
  • Understanding online banking, mobile banking, payment services, card products, and digital customer channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer behavior and digital performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Google Analytics
  • Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
