About the Role
Mongiovi & Son Enterprises, Inc. is looking for a creative and organized Part-Time Content Creator to help showcase our company, our people, and the work we do.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys social media, photography, video, and graphic design and is looking for a flexible part-time position with a variety of responsibilities. You'll spend time creating content in the office as well as visiting active construction job sites to capture our projects and employees in action.
This position is approximately 16-20 hours per week with a flexible weekday schedule. You can select the days and hours that work best for you, provided they fall Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM and meet the needs of the position.
What You'll Do
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content in alignment with company branding and priorities.
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos at active job sites, company locations, events, and employee activities.
  • Create and edit short-form video content for social media.
  • Write professional, engaging, and on-brand captions and messaging for social media posts.
  • Develop and maintain a rolling social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content.
  • Maintain and update the company website, including adding new projects, photos, and other content updates.
  • Design marketing materials as needed, including flyers, graphics, presentations, recruitment materials, and other company collateral.
  • Coordinate with project managers, field teams, HR, and company leadership to gather content, project updates, employee highlights, and story ideas.
  • Monitor social media engagement and direct customer inquiries, comments, or messages to the appropriate team members.
  • Track and report basic performance metrics for social media and website activity.
  • Ensure all content reflects company safety standards, professionalism, and brand guidelines.
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Assist with additional marketing and company communication projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience or education in marketing, communications, social media, graphic design, photography, videography, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong writing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
  • Creative eye for photography, video, and visual content.
  • Comfortable taking, creating, and editing short-form video content.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.
  • Experience with Squarespace or website management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to independently manage a content calendar and deadlines.
  • Comfortable communicating and coordinating with both office and field employees.
  • Willing and able to visit active construction job sites to capture content.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local job-site visits.
  • Construction, skilled trades, or B2B marketing experience is a plus, but not required.
