Responsibilities

  • Partner with the store manager to train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants
  • Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals
  • Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance.
  • Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty. 

Qualifications

  • Retail wireless sales preferred (AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon)
  • Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, WiFi systems, internet solutions, and entertainment/ streaming services.
  • Exceptional communication and a proven ability to drive revenue growth
