KOLO 8 News Now is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to be the heartbeat of our station. Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Own the lobby experience: Serve as the face of KOLO, greeting guests, clients, and viewers with a professional, welcoming energy that sets the tone for their entire visit.
- Coordinate commercial copy: Act as the station’s copy coordinator, managing the flow of materials between clients and our traffic department to ensure every ad airs perfectly.
- Support the Sales team: Provide administrative muscle to our Sales Management and staff, handling order entry, reporting, and essential business office tasks with precision.
- Master multi-platform logistics: Navigate our digital and broadcast systems to keep our operations organized and efficient in a modern media environment.
- Manage the "Now": Handle incoming calls and inquiries with urgency and empathy, ensuring every person who reaches out to KOLO feels heard and helped.
- Drive office efficiency: Keep the station humming by managing mail, supplies, and general administrative needs that allow our news and sales teams to focus on winning.
