Responsibilities: • Produce and edit high-quality video content for Mission Realty's brand, including market community videos, educational content, team member features, promotional videos, and more! • Film on-site video content featuring the owner and team to promote community areas, events, and the Mission Realty brand. • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, capture, and execute media projects that support company goals. • Assist with creative direction, shot planning, and storytelling to ensure content aligns with brand standards. • Maintain and properly care for video, audio, lighting, and related production equipment. • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Stay current with real estate media and digital marketing trends to continually enhance content quality.
