Work Model:

What You Will Do:

  • Deliver technical support and solutions to service technicians, store personnel, and retail refrigeration systems
  • Manage service contractors and field technicians, ensuring quality and safety standards
  • Train and develop new technicians while acting as a resource for troubleshooting
  • Respond to calls during and after working hours, serving as a liaison during power outages
  • Oversee refrigeration projects, coordinating with the Refrigeration Manager and other departments
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards while optimizing system performance

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with installing, servicing, and diagnosing refrigeration systems and controls
