As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Daphine Willingham - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful and engaging interactions with potential and existing customers to understand their insurance needs. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Offer insurance products including auto, home, life, and health insurance.
  • Provide accurate information about insurance products and services.
  • Following up with prospects to convert them into customers.
  • Meet monthly sales goals set by the agency.
  • Participating in marketing campaigns and community events to promote State Farm products.
  • Assist customers with policy applications.
  • Handle inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospective and current customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Sales Experience Preferred
  • Licensed Personal Lines or P&C Producer.
  • Licensed Life and Health Producer or obtain within 45 days of start date.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
