i9 Sports is hiring energetic and dependable Volleyball Lead Coaches and Assistant Coaches for our upcoming Fall 2026 youth volleyball leagues in Midland, TX!
Our volleyball leagues will be hosted at the brand-new Midland Athletic Syndicate facility, and we are looking for passionate coaches who love teaching kids, building confidence, and creating a positive youth sports experience.
Position Details
Location: Midland Athletic Syndicate - Midland, TX
Season Dates: September 19, 2026 - October 31, 2026
Schedule: Saturdays
Ages: 6-14 years old
Available Positions
  • Volleyball Lead Coach
  • Volleyball Assistant Coach

Responsibilities
  • Teach volleyball fundamentals in a fun and encouraging environment
  • Lead or assist with practices, drills, and game play
  • Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive character development
  • Ensure player safety and engagement throughout the season
  • Communicate effectively with parents, players, and staff
