Job description

The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor seeks qualified Christian employees for this position.
Responsibilities: Assists in the design, implementation, and evaluation of the Acrobatic and Tumbling program. Performs all related administrative duties as assigned, to include recruiting, travel, resource management and media communications.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Must be an active and committed Christian who will support the University's mission and who will be an active participant in their local church.
2. A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
3. A minimum of one (1) year experience coaching acrobatics and tumbling is required. Coaching at the collegiate level is preferred.
4. Proficiency in NCATA, NCAA DIII and ASC rules and regulations is required.
5. Professional membership with NCATA is required.
6. Basic computer competency and general office equipment operation is required.
7. Effective communication skill; both orally and written.
8. Must be available for a flexible work schedule, including assigned weekend and evening hours.
9. Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
10. Must possess a valid Texas driver's license and be insurable by UMHB auto insurance carrier.
11. Must agree to the University's Employee Statement of Understanding.
