Salary:
AEA Members: 11% of the base salary on the AEA Certified Salary Schedule
Non-AEA Members: 11% of the base salary on the Non-Degreed Certificated Salary Schedule
Qualifications:
  1. Coaching experience at the freshman level or higher in designated sport
  2. Must possess a thorough knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport
  3. Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school administrators, parents, and students.

Employees must follow all board policies, all state and federal laws, and the Ohio Code of Ethics as established by the Ohio Department of Education. The successful candidate must complete all mandatory compliance courses assigned by the administration annually.
