Vendôme Clinique & Spa is a luxury aesthetic and wellness destination seeking a refined, experienced Assistant Manager to lead the front desk experience and support daily operations.
This is not a basic receptionist role — we are looking for someone who is client-focused, sales-driven, and highly organized, capable of supporting management while elevating the client journey.

• Minimum 3 years experience in med spa, aesthetics, beauty, or luxury hospitality
• Strong sales and client conversion skills
• Polished, professional, and confident presence
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-end environment

Key Responsibilities
• Manage front desk operations with professionalism and efficiency
• Welcome and assist clients in a luxury, high-touch environment
• Handle scheduling, bookings, and client follow-ups
• Present and recommend treatments and packages confidently
• Manage orders and inventory coordination
• Assist management with daily operations and team support
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and brand presentation
