Job description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Paralegal to support complex legal matters and corporate governance activities in Houston, Texas. This Long-term Contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to litigation support, organizational compliance, and entity management in a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across civil and commercial legal work.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate legal documentation and maintain records related to corporate governance, board actions, and entity administration.
• Assist attorneys with case development for commercial and civil litigation matters by organizing files, tracking deadlines, and preparing supporting materials.
• Support trial readiness efforts through document review, exhibit preparation, and management of case-related information.
• Prepare, file, and monitor legal documents to help ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable procedures.
• Manage activities related to entity formation, registration, and ongoing maintenance for corporate structures.
• Conduct factual research and gather relevant records to support legal strategies and internal case preparation.• Demonstrated experience working as a senior-level paralegal in litigation and corporate legal environments.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance practices and legal entity management.
• Hands-on experience supporting commercial litigation and civil litigation matters.
• Ability to assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and case documentation.
• Familiarity with entity formation processes and maintenance of related records.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills in a deadline-driven setting.
