Job description

Florin Roebig, a civil trial firm, plaintiff oriented, focusing in personal injury, medical malpractice, employee rights, property loss and damage claims, product liability, and construction negligence cases, has full time positions (benefits included) available for Pre-suit and Litigation Paralegals in our Palm Harbor office.

These roles involve supporting attorneys on assigned cases, including document preparation, client communication, and trial preparation. Applicants with significant administrative experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with client intake, file setup, and initial documentation.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Draft letters of representation, settlement demands, and routine correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate case information in the case management system.
  • Follow internal workflows and automations to ensure timely and organized case progress.
  • Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with court schedules.
  • Assist in trial preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role or field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
