What you'll do
โ€ข Perform civil site design for land development projects including water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure
โ€ข Prepare engineering calculations, grading plans, drainage reports, and construction documents
โ€ข Lead permitting efforts and coordinate with local and state regulatory agencies
โ€ข Develop technical specifications and bid documents for construction projects
โ€ข Manage and execute project tasks to meet scope, schedule, and quality goals
โ€ข Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams throughout project delivery
โ€ข Perform construction administration activities including site visits and coordination with contractors
โ€ข Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to model and refine designs
