Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Help maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems
  • Inspect rooms and equipment, identify issues, and assist with repairs
  • Assist with preventive maintenance planning and tracking
  • Make sure your team has the supplies and tools they need
  • Help schedule the engineering team based on business needs
  • Follow and report on all safety procedures and equipment issues


What We Are Looking For:

  • 2+ years of hands-on engineering experience-helps you jump in without skipping a beat
  • Basic computer skills-you'll use work order systems and company tools
  • Physically able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift
  • Willing to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
  • HVAC certification and hotel experience are a plus-they help you hit the ground running
