This technical position supports and collaborates with the FBM Chief Engineer and D5LE2 Chief Engineer to ensure technical design integrity through all phases of the life cycle, balances schedule demands without sacrificing technical rigor by developing technical risk assessments and mitigation approaches to deliver required capability.

Focuses on new development scope, and integration of enterprise resources (E&T analysis, technical baselines, Center of Excellence resources, Digital Transformation), to ensure development success
Supports the FBM Chief Engineer's office to ensure overall technical rigor and adherence to engineering standards and processes to support the needs of the LE2 program
Engages in architecture definition and trades and serves as chair of the Engineering Review Board
