We are hiring an OUTSTANDING Assistant Chief Engineer to join our Maintenance Department at Marriott Hutchinson Island.
Join one of North America's fastest-growing hospitality companies, Concord Hospitality Enterprises, as an Assistant Chief Engineer. This role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in property engineering, leadership, and maintenance to make a significant impact on a high-traffic property.
Responsibilities:
Training, motivational development, and review of all engineering staff.
Repairs and Routine Maintenance of all operating systems.
Oversee inventory management, department budgeting, safety controls, annual certifications/licenses.
Provide great communication to Chief Engineer and General Manager, Concord and ownership on concern areas.
