Success in this role requires someone who enjoys being onsite, engaging with end users, rounding with clinical teams, providing at-the-elbow support, and driving adoption of new imaging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Imaging Systems & Workflow Support

  • Assist with system testing, validation, upgrades, and implementations.
  • Identify workflow improvement opportunities within radiology operations.
  • Partner with vendors and technical teams to resolve system issues.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and workflow validation.

Training & End-User Adoption

  • Provide hands-on training for technologists, radiologists, clinic staff, and providers.
  • Deliver one-on-one and group training sessions.

  • Provide go-live and post-go-live support.
  • Drive user engagement and adoption of new workflows and technologies.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner directly with Radiology leadership, Clinical Informatics, PACS teams, and IT.
  • Round with departments to gather feedback and improve user experience.
  • Support providers and clinic staff during system changes and enhancements.
  • Serve as a liaison between operational and technical teams.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • PACS Administrator, Clinical Applications, Clinical Informatics, or Trainer experience.
  • Experience supporting software implementations and go-lives.
  • Vendor management experience.
