Compensation:
  • Travelers: Weekly Gross: $2,900
    • W2 Pay Rate: $25/hr (40 hours/week)
    • Housing Stipend: $1,298/week
    • Meals & Incidentals: $602/week
  • Locals: Hourly Rate: $62.25/hr. (W2) = $2,650 Weekly Gross

Position Overview:
We're hiring a Registered Nurse - Case Management (Travel) to provide inpatient discharge planning and care coordination. This day shift role (Monday-Friday, every other weekend) ensures efficient, high-quality patient care in an acute hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead patient care coordination across disciplines
  • Monitor care plans, diagnostics, and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with physicians on resource utilization & discharge planning
  • Manage complex patient cases (frequent ER visits, chronic conditions, substance use, etc.)
  • Oversee regulatory compliance & data collection
Requirements:
  • Active RN License (State of CA)
  • 2+ years of inpatient case management experience (acute care)
  • Strong understanding of discharge planning & care transitions
  • Case Management Certification (Preferred)
