We’re looking for a motivated Carpet Installer Apprentice / Helper to work with one of our Contractors. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning a skilled trade, and growing into a full installer position. No prior carpet installation experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Assist lead installers with carpet removal, preparation, and installation
  • Carry materials, tools, and equipment
  • Help measure, cut, and fit carpet under supervision
  • Maintain clean and safe job sites
  • Follow instructions and learn installation techniques
  • Provide excellent customer service on-site

Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
  • Comfortable kneeling, bending, and working on floors
  • Reliable transportation to job sites
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic hand tool knowledge a plus
  • Flooring or construction experience helpful but not required
