Position Summary

The Call Center Representative (CSR) is responsible for communicating with the customer to determine service needs.

  • Making sure that the phone is answered appropriately
  • Monitor incoming e-mail and other electronic lead sources for new leads and contact as quickly as possible.
  • Out bounding calls to members
  • Meet KPI's
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • Background check and Drug Test required for hire. Heart is a drug free employer, which includes marijuana.

Experience

  • 2 years of call center – Preferred
  • 2 years of customer service - Preferred
  • 2 years of dispatching - Preferred
