What you will do:

  • Lead and supervise prep cooks, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately 
  • Prepare ingredients such as salsas, marinades, vegetables, meats, and other items according to recipes and specifications 
  • Ensure all food prep meets quality, portion, and presentation standards 
  • Organize and label prepped items for easy access and storage 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and prep area 
  • Monitor inventory and assist with receiving and stocking deliveries 
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and kitchen procedures
