Job Summary:

The Project Management Assistant role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Assist Project Managers and Project Executives in various tasks, which could include scheduling assistance, helping track change orders, change management tracking, document control scheduling and other tasks associated with Project Managers and Project Executives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist project management teams in assigned project management tasks.
  • Assist in maintaining project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Limited field engagement to assist with field-based operations.
  • Assist in tracking project progress and update project management tools accordingly.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills and Education

  • Experience in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in project management or administrative support, preferably in construction.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with construction processes, terminology, and regulations.

Position Location: This position will be stationed at BZI Home Office in Kanarraville, Utah. Some travel will be required.
