What does an assistant brand manager do?

An Assistant Brand Manager supports the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote a brand and increase its market presence. They help manage advertising campaigns, analyze market trends, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and track the performance of brand initiatives. Their role is crucial in ensuring consistent brand messaging and identifying opportunities for growth. By working closely with senior brand managers, they gain valuable experience in brand positioning, product launches, and consumer engagement.

What are some typical projects an assistant brand manager might lead or support during their first year?

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you'll often be involved in supporting product launches, coordinating promotional campaigns, and conducting market research to inform brand strategy. The role provides hands-on experience with project management, budget tracking, and creative development, all while learning from senior brand managers and gaining exposure to key decision-making processes.
