Clearwater at South Bay is a premier luxury senior living community in Torrance and is looking for a Sales Assistant to join the team!

The Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting the Sales Directors with renting all community apartments and managing all leads from the initial inquiry through the admission process in accordance with federal, state, and local governing regulations and all Company policies and procedures.

Pay Range: $22.00-$24.00/hour DOE

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting the Sales Directors with managing all leads, calling prospects, touring prospects, and entering prospect information into the lead management system
  • Assist with administrative and clerical work in the Sales department including preparing admission paperwork and community collateral.
  • Assist the Sales Directors with event preparation
  • In the absence of the Sales Directors, attend morning staff meeting as indicated to alert appropriate staff of projected move ins, move outs, and transfers within the community
  • Able to conduct competitive analysis of other area senior living communities
  • Prepare collateral for e-blasts, mailings, and community outreach
  • Responsible for maintaining collateral inventory and ordering as indicated
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and report any issues or concerns immediately
  • Comply with Clearwater Living standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations
  • Encourage teamwork through open communication with associates
  • Display a positive and professional image through actions and maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working
  • Represent the Clearwater Living principles and core values on a daily basis
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A minimum of one year of work experience in senior living, hospitality or Sales preferred
  • Current First Aid Certification a plus
  • Background clearances as required by government regulations
  • Must meet health requirements, including TB
