Job description

Starbucks is seeking Baristas / Customer Service Representatives to prepare beverages, assist customers, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced coffee shop environment. Baristas are responsible for taking customer orders, operating the register, preparing coffee and espresso drinks, making cold beverages and food items, maintaining a clean work area, restocking supplies, and providing friendly customer service. Employees must follow Starbucks drink recipes, food safety guidelines, and customer service standards while working efficiently during busy periods. This position typically pays $15 to $20 per hour, and employees may also receive tips, overtime pay, holiday pay, and shift differential pay for early morning or holiday shifts.
