Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee client documentation, ensuring all records in the clinical section of each client chart meet licensing standards and quality assurance requirements.
  • Actively participate in clinical team meetings, contributing insights and strategies to optimize client care.
  • Guide clients in daily treatment activities, helping them develop skills necessary for successful recovery.
  • Assist clients in navigating barriers they encounter in their treatment journey, applying motivational interviewing techniques where applicable.

  • Facilitate regular one-on-one sessions with clients, providing individualized counseling at least once per week.
  • Conduct group sessions, promoting peer support and education, maintaining adherence to the program schedule.
  • Coordinate and arrange necessary treatment services for an assigned caseload to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
  • Maintain regular contact with the families and referral sources of clients, fostering a communal approach to treatment.

  • Take part in continued education through in-service training and supervision meetings to stay current in the field.
