What is an assistant associate producer?

Assistant Associate Producers are entry- to mid-level professionals who support the production process in film, television, radio, or digital media. They work under the supervision of producers or associate producers, assisting with tasks such as coordinating schedules, managing logistics, handling administrative duties, and ensuring smooth communication among production teams. Their responsibilities can vary depending on the size and type of production but generally include helping to keep projects on track and addressing issues as they arise. This role is crucial for maintaining organization and efficiency throughout the production process.

To thrive as an Assistant Associate Producer, you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a foundational understanding of media production processes, often supported by a relevant degree or experience.
