Job description

Good Shepherd is actively hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide compassionate, hands-on care that promotes resident comfort, dignity, and independence. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in supporting residents with activities of daily living while working closely with the nursing team to deliver exceptional care. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will help create a safe, welcoming environment where residents receive the highest quality of care.

What We Offer

Compensation: $17 - $19 per hour

  • $1000 CNA Sign-On Bonus (paid over one year in quarterly increments) | Full-Time Only
