Your Role in the Legacy Mission
As a CNA/Resident Assistant, you'll be more than a caregiver-you'll be a trusted companion, an advocate, and a part of the residents' extended family. Your work directly supports our mission by providing exceptional care while honoring each resident's independence, choice, and story.
What You'll Do
• Provide personal care and emotional support in accordance with each resident's individual care plan
• Support residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and medication reminders
• Respond promptly to resident needs and calls-day or night
• Build relationships with residents and families based on trust and compassion
• Escort residents to meals and activities, and encourage social engagement
• Observe and report any changes in physical, emotional, or mental condition to wellness leadership
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with resident care policies
• Assist with dining service, light housekeeping, laundry, and other daily comforts
• Uphold resident rights, dignity, independence, and safety at all times
