Job description

Join the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Journey Transformation & Partnerships team to accelerate and scale AI solutions that work and shape omni-channel customer experiences. The team combines digital strategy, AI transformation, and analytics to accelerate smarter, more seamless customer journeys. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership across the firm on a portfolio of high priority strategic initiatives.

As a Strategy Manager Vice President on the AI Journey Transformation & Partnerships team, you will own a portfolio of firm-wide strategic initiatives, develop trusted partnerships with senior leaders, and collaborate closely with a diverse set of internal digital, operations, and product partners. Success as a Vice President requires a passion for AI solutions and customer experience, the ability to understand and leverage data assets and complex processes to develop actionable business plans and go-to-market strategies for senior business leaders to focus on the most optimal and actionable growth opportunities. You will manage mission-critical projects, including but not limited to: assessing opportunity strategies to drive digital and AI transformation in our customer servicing journeys, assessing and planning journey optimization and reimagination, evaluating strategic digital and AI investments, as well as designing operating models. In addition to working on cutting-edge topics at the frontier of financial services, you will help connect the dots across our businesses, ensuring that we bring the best solutions to our clients. Projects are typically team-based and include close collaboration with the Operating Committee and CEOs of our businesses on a wide variety of initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage initiatives/projects to resolve and execute on diverse problems identified by senior leaders at the bank
  • Build partnerships with key leaders in digital, product, the business, and operations
  • Design, implement and lead operating models that accelerate delivery of solutions require cross-functional involvement
  • Evaluate existing journeys and work with partners to reimagine and optimize them
  • Apply structured problem-solving and design thinking to address top strategic priorities
  • Gather, synthesize, analyze, and present project data and findings (e.g., financial modeling, valuation)
  • Execute creative analyses and provide insight to integrate digital solutions with CCB Operations, enhancing customer journeys and reducing friction
  • Perform competitor/industry research leveraging both public and non-public sources
  • Develop strategic presentations for internal and external audiences
  • Monitor industry trends and share insightful reports and analyses with broader team and with senior executives
  • Coach and manage junior team members
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 1+ years of management experience
  • 1+ years of consumer banking and/or business banking experience
  • Diverse problem solving experience from either a premier management consulting firm, an investment banking (M&A, Coverage, Capital Markets, Equity Research) division, or a similar internal Corporate Strategy group
  • An outstanding ability to analyze problems and apply quantitative analytical approaches
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and ability to confidently work well in cross-functional teams
  • Interpersonal leadership and influencing skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Digital product experience and/or AI transformation experience
  • Financial services industry experience
  • MBA and/or advanced degree from a top-tier program
  • Experience supporting more than one CCB Operations Function/Line of Business
Work Schedule:

Full-time in office, on a 40-hour per week schedule
