Overview
Seeking reliable General Laborers to support daily production in a heavy‑duty manufacturing environment. Work may involve handling large cardboard materials, operating basic machinery, or assisting in metal anodizing processes. Ideal for candidates comfortable with physical labor, fast‑paced tasks, and industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities

  • Load, stack, move, and organize materials such as cardboard sheets, metal parts, or finished goods.
  • Assist machine operators with feeding materials, removing finished pieces, and maintaining workflow.
  • Perform basic production tasks such as cutting, sorting, bundling, or packaging products.
  • Support metal anodizing operations by hanging/unhanging parts, rinsing components, and monitoring process flow (if assigned to anodizing).
  • Inspect materials for defects, damage, or quality issues and report concerns to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and plant guidelines.
  • Lift, carry, and maneuver heavy items throughout the shift.

Skills and Experience:

Qualifications

  • Prior manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
  • Comfortable working around machinery, chemicals (for anodizing), and fast‑paced production lines.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Work Environment

  • Industrial setting with noise, heat, and repetitive physical tasks.
