Job description

Nature’s Way Montessori is a private school in Napa offering children ages 12 weeks through Kindergarten a Montessori based education. We are excited to create a great community for learning with beautiful gardens, large outdoor play spaces and a rich curriculum in gardening, movement, music, art and cooking.  Our goal at NWM is for every child to leave with a life-long love for learning, the skill and ability to collaborate with others, and the confidence, courage and compassion to excel in life.

Currently, we are seeking the right person to come work with us as we prepare and maintain an orderly, attractive, and joyful environment for children to learn in.  We encourage applicants who would like to have a joyful career with young children.  

The job being offered is full time with the hours of 8:30-5:30.  

Education and Training Requirements:

Minimum 12 Early Childhood Education units as required by the State of California 

  • Montessori training a plus but not required

  • Experience working with 2 year olds

  • Live Scan fingerprints

  • Current TB test along with all immunizations

  • Be authorized to work in the United States
