About Our Family

We're a family of five: two adults, a 2-year-old, a 14-year-old, and a lovable French Bulldog. As owners of multiple companies, we value the flexibility of working from home and setting our own schedules. We also really value health and wellness, and love getting outside and staying active (one of our favorite ways to unwind is playing tennis). Lately though, life has felt a little too full. Between work, parenting, and all the moving pieces of daily life, it's easy to get stuck in an endless cycle of to-do lists and logistics. We've created a pretty organized home already, but what we're really missing is someone who can step in, take ownership of the day-to-day details, and help lighten the mental load so we can spend more quality time together and actually enjoy the life we're building.

We're also in a season of big transitions. We're preparing to sell our home and move nearby, and if it's a fit, we'd love extra help with some moving coordination and logistics along the way. At the same time, we're opening a brick-and-mortar store, which means one parent will be shifting from mostly working at home to spending more time in the office. Things will definitely evolve over time, so we're looking for someone who's flexible, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable rolling with the changes as our routines shift.

At the core of it all, we're laid-back, grounded people who care deeply about creating a warm, happy home. We'd love to find someone who can become an important part of our daily rhythm and feel like an entrusted extension of our family.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings a calm, thoughtful, and proactive energy into our home. Someone who communicates clearly, pays attention to the little details, and naturally notices ways to help without needing to be constantly directed. We really value reliability, follow-through, and a genuine sense of care in the way someone approaches their work and interacts with our family.

A big part of this role is helping keep the day-to-day flow of the household running smoothly; things like laundry, dishes, meal prep, tidying, and daily resets. We already have strong systems in place, so we're looking for someone who enjoys creating organized, peaceful spaces and can help maintain that rhythm consistently.

Because every family operates a little differently, it's important to us that you're open to feedback and comfortable adapting to our routines and preferences. At the same time, we truly appreciate someone who can take initiative, think ahead, and step in where support is needed without always being asked. Overall, we're hoping to find someone mature, dependable, positive, and adaptable and someone who takes pride in helping a home feel calm, cared for, and well supported.

Meal Support

  • Prep healthy meals and snacks 1-2 days per week

  • Follow dietary needs and preferences (one parent has a tree nut allergy)
  • Kitchen clean-up and maintenance

Laundry & Linens

  • Wash, fold, and organize laundry
  • Ironing, steaming, and special garment care
  • Linen rotation
  • Maintain tidy and well-stocked laundry areas

  • Manage running household supply lists

  • Break down boxes
