Job description

Description:

Concierge-level care is built in the small moments patients feel and remember.

True Health is different because the experience matters as much as the medicine. The standard is warmth, precision, and follow-through, every time, for every person.

We are seeking Medical Assistants to keep each visit running smoothly, efficiently, and with clinical accuracy, so the care team can stay focused, and patients feel fully supported from start to finish.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Medical Assistant plays a vital role in delivering True Health’s concierge-level patient experience through support of our clinical staff. This position ensures every patient encounter runs smoothly, efficiently, and with clinical precision, supporting both medical excellence and hospitality. The Medical Assistant is responsible for rooming patients, performing vital signs, assisting with diagnostic procedures, maintaining medical readiness, and keeping clinical documentation accurate and complete.

As the first and last clinical touchpoint in many visits, this role is essential to operational flow, patient satisfaction, and the seamless coordination between the clinical and lifestyle medicine teams.

  • You keep rooms ready and patient flow on track
  • Prepare exam rooms so each visit starts clean, stocked, and ready
  • Room patients and take accurate vital signs to support clinical decision-making
  • Prep charts before the provider enters so the visit stays focused and efficient
  • Support diagnostic testing and procedures (DXA, RMR, VO2, etc.) under provider supervision

You bring concierge-level hospitality into every visit

  • Greet patients and guide them through the visit with warmth and professionalism
  • Reassure patients and share education aligned with True Health’s concierge standards
  • Communicate follow-up actions and instructions clearly so nothing gets missed
  • Help create a calm, supportive experience from the first clinical touchpoint to the last

You document accurately and protect privacy

  • Document patient information, vitals, and test results in the EMR
  • Follow HIPAA and clinical documentation protocols with consistency and care
  • Complete charting promptly and accurately to support continuity of care
  • Track inventory and support supply ordering to keep the clinic ready and compliant

You support the team across the site

  • Provide cross-coverage for reception, scheduling, and help desk support as needed
  • Collaborate with Lifestyle Medicine, Member Services, and Physician teams to meet patient needs seamlessly
  • Participate in team huddles and site meetings to stay aligned and improve workflows
  • Act as a liaison between patients and care teams to keep communication clear and timely

What You Bring

You're someone who:

  • Keeps your cool in a fast-paced clinic and still makes each patient interaction feel personal
  • Notices what is about to slow the day down and fixes it before it becomes a problem
  • Follows through so charts, instructions, and next steps do not slip through the cracks
  • Communicates with warmth and clarity, even when you are juggling multiple priorities
  • Treats patient privacy and accurate documentation as non-negotiables

Experience We Need:
