About CCSF USA

CCSF USA is a TSA Certified Cargo Screening Facility specializing in screening, handling, warehousing, and transportation of air cargo for passenger and freighter airlines. We are looking for experienced logistics professionals to join our growing warehouse operations team.


We are currently hiring two Assistant Warehouse Managers:

Day Shift

Night Shift


Position Summary

The Assistant Warehouse Manager will support daily warehouse operations while ensuring full compliance with TSA Certified Cargo Screening Facility (CCSF) requirements. The ideal candidate has experience in air cargo logistics, warehouse management, CargoWise, and understands the operational requirements of airline cargo handling.


This position is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced logistics, solving operational challenges, and maintaining high security and compliance standards.


Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day warehouse operations

Coordinate cargo acceptance, handling, storage, and release

Plan and coordinate cargo deliveries to airline terminals at JFK

Manage warehouse workflow and employee assignments

Ensure TSA CCSF procedures are followed at all times

Coordinate cargo screening activities (ETD, K9, physical search, etc.)

Maintain accurate records in CargoWise

Verify shipping documentation and cargo acceptance requirements

Coordinate with trucking companies, freight forwarders, and airlines

Monitor warehouse productivity and cargo status

Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization

Assist in training warehouse personnel

Ensure compliance with TSA, airline, and company SOPs

Help resolve operational issues and shipment exceptions

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment


Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of air cargo warehouse experience

CargoWise experience (mandatory)

Knowledge of TSA Certified Cargo Screening Facility (CCSF) operations (mandatory)

Experience with airline cargo acceptance and delivery procedures

Strong warehousing and cargo handling knowledge

Experience coordinating airport deliveries

Ability to read and verify shipping documents

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent problem-solving ability

Ability to work under pressure and meet airline cutoffs

Leadership experience supervising warehouse staff

Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Excellent communication skills

Valid driver's license

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs


Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of IATA Cargo Handling procedures

Dangerous Goods awareness

Experience working with JFK airline cargo terminals

TSA security training

Forklift certification
